The beginning

So for this years London MCM Expo I want to arrive at the expo as the God of mischief Loki from Marvels blockbuster The Avengers.I know this will be a very difficult costume to create and will involve endless amount of hours to make this, but I will get my head down and work my hardest to achieve this! 

At the moment I am looking into creating the leg wear. To create this I will look into purchasing a pair of faux leather leggings, from my local Primark and sew the separate leather strips on piece by piece. Tomorrow I will start the hunt on these products, I will also look into finding metal studs suitable to add onto the side of the leg. 
This is all I have to show at the moment and will keep you updated every time I plan to add, or change something to the costume.
